Estas ciudades se suman a mercados como Dallas, Denver, San&nbsp;Francisco y Tampa, que ya ven\u00edan registrando crecimiento negativo de precios. La tendencia sugiere un enfriamiento del mercado inmobiliario en regiones donde el boom pand\u00e9mico fue m\u00e1s intenso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A nivel nacional, los precios subieron solo 1,9&nbsp;% interanual en junio, el ritmo de crecimiento m\u00e1s lento desde julio&nbsp;de&nbsp;2023. Mientras que el noreste y el medio oeste siguen experimentando alzas, el sur y el oeste presentan descensos. Ciudades como Nueva&nbsp;York, Chicago y Cleveland registraron incrementos del 7&nbsp;%, 6,1&nbsp;% y 4,5&nbsp;% respectivamente; en contraste, Tampa sufri\u00f3 la mayor ca\u00edda con un -2,4&nbsp;% y acumula ocho meses a la baja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El economista senior Anthony&nbsp;Smith, de Realtor.com, se\u00f1ala que el crecimiento moderado obedece a restricciones de asequibilidad, mayor inventario y una demanda desigual entre regiones.
